Delivery Cost

Flat rate to anywhere in Ireland (including Northern Ireland)  €4.99 per order with GLS courier service.

United Kindom - Flat rate of €9.99 with GLS courier service.

For the rest of Europe please contact us with the product SKU and quantity required.

On Receipt Of Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for by the customer on receipt of items. Deliveries will not be left without a signature, the courier will leave a calling card with contact details and the local depot information. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery date.

In the situation where a delivery is attempted and and no one is at the address to take the order, a calling card will be left. It is up to the customer to contact courier and arrange redelivery to the same address. This delivery will be done free of charge. If customer rearranges for a different delivery address there will be an additional delivery charge imposed.

** Please do not accept the goods from the courier if the packaging looks damaged in any way. **

Returns

You may be able to return any unused goods within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus the delivery cost and a 15% restocking charge. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. You must contact the us prior to a return to obtain an authorised returns number which must be enclosed with your details in the package. We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Any such goods returned will be at your expense.

If you receive any incorrect items, you must contact XE Electrical within 24 hrs to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for them to be collected from you and the correct items delivered to you by return. Such delivery at our expense. Please check all orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.

In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must contact the supplier within 24hrs to obtain an authorized returns number and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.
